Aufgaben

• Independent execution of salary calculations
• Point of contact for employees and management
• Creation of various HR reports
• Optimization of internal processes
• Expert support for employees
• Implementation of personnel measures
• Interface to authorities, authorities, and insurance companies

Qualifikation

• Successful completion of a commercial education or a study/continuing education in the personnel department
• Professional experience in salary calculation and personnel management
• Knowledge of labor, wage, and social security law
• Safe handling of common MS-Office programs, knowledge of SAGE HR Suite is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
