The ideal candidate should have a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in HR. The HR specialist will be responsible for preparing personnel reconciliation, processing personnel data, and supporting the HR team. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
