HR Specialist (m/f/d)

Do you inspire people, recognize potential, and want to actively contribute to attracting the right talent for assona? As an HR Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for our recruiting, implement measures in employer branding and personnel marketing, and ensure a successful start for new colleagues. Furthermore, you will support our internal communication and contribute your ideas to actively shape our corporate culture.

Your tasks

• Implementation and further development of measures in recruiting and employer branding to position assona as an attractive employer
• Creation, publication, and target group-oriented placement of job advertisements as well as active sourcing of suitable talents via various recruiting channels
• Design of a professional and appreciative candidate journey along the entire application process
• Planning, organization, and execution of interviews as well as accompanying the selection process in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Creation of hiring and contract documents
• Organization and support of the onboarding of new employees for a successful start at assona
• Implementation and further development of measures in employer branding to strengthen our employer brand as well as monitoring current recruiting and HR trends
• Management and administration of our employee benefits
• Support of our internal communication as well as maintenance of corresponding content

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on personnel, human resources, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in recruiting, personnel or a comparable position
• Enjoy inspiring people and have a good instinct for talents and potentials
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor in dealing with applicants and employees
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable working method as well as organizational skills
• Creativity and enjoyment in shaping topics such as employer branding, employee benefits, and internal communication
