In this versatile role, you will be responsible for personnel administration and payroll and support the HR team in various areas. Tasks - Independent management of personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle - Independent implementation of monthly salary process, including social insurance - Support to HR specialist in recruitment - Responsible for onboarding new employees - Counseling and guidance of employees in HR-related matters - Interface with social security and pension fund - Maintenance of HR master data and time tracking system (SAP HR), including reporting - Participation in HR projects and development of HR processes (including digitalization) - Care and maintenance of Social-Media activities - Support to Head of HR in daily business Profile - Completed HR training or comparable qualification - Several years of experience in personnel administration, including payroll - In-depth knowledge of labor law - Secure handling of SAP HR & MS Office - Independent, structured, and conscientious working style - Communication skills, discretion, and teamwork - Very good German and English language skills, French is an asset Advantages - Open and family-like corporate culture with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths - Flexible work models ?
