We are a construction company specializing in building highways. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR specialist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll preparation and states of payment
- Management of documents for foreign citizens (Turkish)
- Personal file management and employment contract documentation.
- Monitoring and managing labor relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Counseling employees on HR-related issues.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience in salary calculation
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and applicable regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Better knowledge of PC operation and HR management software.
- English level: medium/advanced
