We are supporting an important company within the Industrial sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the operation, ensuring close engagement with leadership teams and a deep understanding of business needs;
  • Lead and support Generalist HR processes, providing strategic and consultative guidance to managers;
  • Support leaders in people management, decision-making, and employee-related matters;
  • Manage and support recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee development, and internal mobility processes;
  • Provide support on labor relations and employee relations matters;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes and policies;
  • Work closely with plant leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and direction on key people-related challenges;
  • Promote best practices in people management and contribute to a healthy and productive work environment;
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders across different organizational levels, demonstrating influence and strong positioning;
  • Participate in meetings, site visits, and interactions with international leaders and professionals;
  • Attend corporate training sessions and activities.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Generalist Human Resources;
  • Previous experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment;
  • Proven experience partnering closely with leaders and managers;
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment and selection, labor relations, employee support, and leadership advisory;
  • Advanced English proficiency.
