HR-Specialist

For our client in the Olten/Basel region, we are looking for a motivated and flexible personality as an HR Specialist 60-80% (a). Your tasks - Independent execution of personnel administration - Participation in recruitment and support of new employees - Organization and implementation of the entire onboarding process - Processing of social insurance notifications and approvals - Preparation and execution of monthly payroll processing - Accompaniment of employee development and training programs, as well as monitoring of employee satisfaction and feedback. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to personnel administration. You will be working closely with the HR Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should also be familiar with relevant labor laws and regulations. Your qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - At least 2 years of experience in HR administration - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of HR software systems (e.g. Workday, BambooHR) is an asset - Certification in HR or related field is an advantage - Fluency in German and English
