HR Specialist

• Manage personnel files, including all employment documents, salary changes, and job modifications.
• Prepare all termination documents and issue necessary employee certificates.
• Update and maintain individual employment contracts in the payroll system.
• Monitor fixed-term contracts and probation periods for indefinite contracts.
• Provide salary calculations for employee advances and settlements.
• Create job descriptions for new positions.
• Handle accounting components such as garnishments and alimony.
• Conduct employee evaluations and manage the selection of employee representatives.
• Draft and submit the Collective Labor Agreement with the company's lawyer to the labor authorities.
• Develop and update the Internal Regulations and inform employees of any changes.
• Submit monthly declarations for part-time employment contracts.
