Your mission

Do you want to leverage your Payroll expertise for an operational HR function close to the business? Join SPIE MTS SA in French-speaking Switzerland and actively contribute to the smooth running of our People & Culture activities.

• Complete salary management: You will manage the entire Payroll process for approximately 250 employees, with various collective bargaining agreements (CCTs), from preparation to final control, while respecting deadlines and legal requirements.
• Social insurances and absences: You will manage the follow-up of social insurances, funds, and absences, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You will be part of the Swiss Payroll & HR Operations team, with a functional reporting line to the Lead HR Systems & Services, and will collaborate closely with other SPIE Suisse entities.
• HR Operations and support to business partnering: You will handle administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle and contribute to providing quality HR service. You will support the Head of People & Culture in operational activities and monitoring team needs.
• HR Projects: Depending on priorities, you will participate in digitalization, standardization, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Your profile

• You have solid experience in Payroll in Switzerland and very good knowledge of social insurances.

• Experience in the electrical engineering, construction, and collective bargaining agreement sectors is a significant asset.

• You are comfortable with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel, and digital tools.

• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, with a strong sense of responsibility.

• You enjoy teamwork, communicate openly, and know how to maintain good relationships with various stakeholders.

• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German or English.

• The main place of work is Bussigny, with occasional travel to Bern and Geneva.
