HR - Specialist 80% - 100%

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Specialist 80% - 100% (a) for our client in the Olten area. Your tasks will include:

• You will be responsible for recruitment with the line.
• Supporting the processing of the complete personnel administration process.
• General administrative tasks in HR and supporting colleagues in the team.
• Active participation in HR services provided.

Your profile should include:

• A completed commercial basic education.
• A completed further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate of expertise.
• Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in operational HR management.
• A strong service orientation, high time reliability and flexibility.
• Fluency in German and any other language is an asset.
