HR Software Consultant (w/m/d)

We are Fynancy – a Hamburg-based Microsoft partner that accompanies medium-sized enterprises in their digitalization. In addition to our ERP focus, we are an official Expert Partner of Factorial, a modern all-in-one HR platform that combines personnel management, time recording, salary calculation, recruitment, and document management in one solution. More than 16,000 companies already use Factorial – and we accompany medium-sized enterprises as they finally digitalize and optimize their HR processes.

Your tasks

You will consult medium-sized enterprises on the digitalization of their HR processes and implement Factorial at our customers. You will analyze existing workflows – from time recording to salary calculation to recruitment – and develop tailored solutions within the platform. You will accompany projects from the initial requirement gathering to go-live, train users, and remain a point of contact afterwards.

Your profile

• You have an instinct for processes and enjoy understanding and improving workflows
• Interest in digital tools and enthusiasm for getting to know a modern HR platform inside out
• Strong communication skills – both within the team and with customers
• Fluent German, good English
• You live in or around Hamburg – we meet regularly at Neuer Wall

Experience in the HR field is a plus. You will be certified by Factorial.
