• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, or Employee Services.
• Previous experience supporting the DACH region or working in an international environment is highly desirable.
• Fluent German (minimum B2) and good command of English (minimum B1/B2).
• Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Deliver HR operational support for employees and managers across Poland and the DACH region. Coordinate and execute HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data management, organizational changes, and offboarding. Support selected recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, preparing employment documentation, and partnering with Talent Acquisition throughout the hiring process. Support payroll processes by ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of HR data, validating employee information, coordinating payroll inputs, and collaborating closely with external payroll providers and internal payroll teams. Participate in the implementation of new HR processes, policies, and systems as part of the company's ongoing transformation. Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Ensure HR documentation and employee records are maintained accurately and in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and high-quality support in both German and English. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other global HR teams. Monitor service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Shared Services organization. Support projects related to digitalization, process optimization, and operational excellence.
