The Role As a HR Services Senior Manager (Specialty Services) you will support specialized services for a regional area of responsibility and partners with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results, improve employee engagement and retention, and enhance overall organizational performance. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR solutions that meet the needs of our clients. • Providing expert-level guidance and support to HR teams, managers, and employees on HR-related matters. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external partners. • Analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decision-making and drive business results. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
