HR Service Delivery Generalist

You are looking for an HR function within an internationally oriented organization. You stand tall in your career and want to further develop yourself within an HR department. As a professional in the field of HR, you can learn a lot from your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who can help us further professionalize and automate our department and processes. Together with your colleagues, you will provide the best support in everything we do at our HR Shared Services Center. We challenge you to think and contribute to the optimization and digitalization of our administrative processes. 

What you'll be doing as an HR service delivery generalist 

• You handle all (administrative) tasks related to hiring, transferring, promoting, terminating or periodic reporting, such as drafting employment contracts, transfers, promotions, terminations or periodical reports.
• You become our expert on everything about our other employment conditions packages.
• You know exactly who to contact when you don't know the answer to an HR question.
• You participate in various projects.
• You put service delivery high on your agenda and are only satisfied when you've helped a colleague or manager from A-Z.

What you bring 
You can make a difference as an HR service delivery generalist if you bring the following: 

• A HBO work and thinking level (HRM or comparable).
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English languages (on our department, we mainly speak Dutch but also English is spoken).
• Knowledge of a personnel information system, preferably Workday.
• Affinity with IT is important, experience with Excel and Word.
• You can quickly adapt because you'll end up in a dynamic environment.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are meticulous and work independently.
• A flexible and customer-oriented mindset. You are communicatively strong and go smoothly into consultation.
• A sturdy personality with relativization capacity.
