Your tasks will consist of:
- Implementing HR software (payroll, time registration, and planning software) for new clients.
- Supporting clients in using our HR software (payroll, time registration, and planning software).
- Training clients and colleagues.
- Contributing to the optimization of HR processes through your practical input.
- Providing practice-oriented assistance to clients with payroll processing and post-processing (DmfA, year-end work, holiday pay calculations,...).Profile- Absolute requirement: at least 3 years of experience in payroll from A to Z, gained at a social secretariat, a company, or a personnel department with its own payroll.
- You are IT/software-minded and have experience with an HR ERP tool or other payroll software.
- Language skills: Dutch and French.
- You are willing to travel to clients, so flexibility is a must. A company car is provided for this. Region: all of Belgium.
