Your task area includes independent processing of monthly payroll for a defined group of employees as well as ensuring a smooth workflow
Supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from contract creation to termination of employment (e.g. employment contracts, warnings, certificates, terminations, parental leave etc.)
Maintenance of personnel and movement data in the HR system and management of digital and physical personnel files
Preparation of routine certifications for employees and authorities as needed
Professional advice to employees and executives on personal financial matters
Active participation in the development of HR processes through support in conceiving and implementing modern HR processes
You bring with you successfully completed vocational training or further education in personnel management (e.g. personnel managers, tax accountants, salary and wage accounting)
Professional experience in the personnel department, particularly in payroll processing
Good knowledge of labor, social security, and income tax law
Secure handling of MS Office programs, ideally with experience using P&I LOGA
Structured and reliable work style
Organizational talent, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented action
Willingness to occasional travel in the region
