HR Representative 60-100%

Adecco In collaboration with one of our clients, we are seeking an HR Representative with a solid experience and varied linguistic skills. Responsibilities - Accompany new employees during their integration, including night shifts if necessary. - Manage all HR processes: administrative follow-up, personnel file management, coordination with internal teams. - Participate in recruitment and onboarding of colleagues. - Provide operational HR support to managers and teams. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices within the company. Profile - Degree in human resources, management or related field. - Significant experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years). - Mastery of French is mandatory. - Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian is an asset. - Excellent communication skills, sense of service, and administrative rigor. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. - Flexibility and availability for specific needs (notably for evening receptions).
