HR / Recruitment Specialist

Workplace: Jelcz-Laskowice

Your responsibilities

• Independent management of recruitment processes for blue & white collar positions, including specialized and managerial ones
• Close cooperation with hiring managers (gathering requirements, consulting, conducting meetings)
• Building a positive candidate & hiring manager experience
• Support in onboarding processes
• Co-creation and implementation of development processes (onboarding, training, competency development)
• Coordination and organization of training
• Advising managers on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and current HR matters
• Participation in HR projects (e.g., employee evaluations, process improvements) initiating and implementing HR process improvements

Our requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience
• Experience in independently managing recruitment for specialized and managerial positions
• Ability to cooperate with managers and build business relationships
• Experience or high motivation to develop in the L&D area
• Good work organization and independence
• Proactivity and a solution-oriented approach
• Knowledge of English (min. B2)
