HR Recruitment Intern (Querétaro)

What will you do? Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.). Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems. Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs) Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates. Collaborate closely with HRBP, Hiring Manager and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and evaluating candidates. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process. Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
