About Recuvia

Recuvia started in 2023 as an educational project in the HR field – with the goal of enabling employees and actively shaping the change in the world of work.

In 2025, the next logical step followed: the founding of a boutique for HR and recruiting, which accompanies companies comprehensively in transformation processes – with a clear focus on humanity, effectiveness, and future viability.

We work cross-industry in seven sectors, connecting HR and recruiting, organizational development, and digitalization – and creating bridges between AI and genuine human connection.

What you do here

HR / Recruiting-as-a-Service

End-to-end recruiting for various sectors

• Active sourcing with holding instead of mass
• Process management, communication, and interview guidance
• Counseling on recruitment structures & candidate experience

Project & Interim Assignments

Kurz- bis mittelfristige assignments at clients

• Support in HR or recruiting, or other operational HR topics
• On-site, hybrid, or remote – depending on the project

Other Fields (depending on experience)

• Organizational development & process building
• Digitalization projects

Qualification

What you bring

• kfm. Education or study in the field of personnel management or comparable qualification
• Three years of experience in HR and/or recruiting
• Interest in project work & changing sectors
• Readiness for client meetings nationwide
• Residence inBerlin/Brandenburg (Office Days)
• Familiarity with German (C1)
• Good English skills B2 or higher (nice to have)
• Structure, self-organization & valuing diverse communication
• Courage, holding, and joy in further development
