HR Recruiter / Talent Manager (m/f/d)

We are further developing the securities business of the Cooperative Financial Group and creating a new digital neo-brokerage offering. It is specifically aimed at young, digitally-savvy target groups that we want to attract to our financial group. Our goal is to provide a strong response to the changing brokerage market with a forward-looking mobile-first offering, consisting of a high-performance brokerage app, a distinctive market presence with first-class service, and seamless access to personal advice from our primary banks. In doing so, we combine the dynamism of a start-up with the strength of the Cooperative Financial Group.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the professional filling of open positions, the improvement of hiring quality, and the establishment of a pipeline (talent pool)

• Management of the entire recruiting process and thus contact person for partners and managers in all matters of personnel acquisition

• Coordination and refinement of requirement profiles with the specialist departments

• Creation of requirement profiles based on the job description and briefings with hiring managers

• Active sourcing, candidate outreach, and applicant management

• Organization and structuring of interviews and selection processes

• Active participation in interviews

• Management of the candidate experience and communication with applicants

• Preparation of pre- and onboarding and handover to HR Operations and HR Business Partner

• Contribution to employer branding and employer positioning, career page, etc.

• Active use and further development of all relevant recruiting channels, including active development and continuous maintenance of social media presence with active design and use of the recruiting account

• Organization and participation in university/career fair activities and events (talent networks, etc.)

• Development, evaluation, and provision of relevant recruiting key figures. Support in talent management and succession planning

Qualifications

• Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in recruiting, ideally in a dynamic, digital, or growth-oriented environment
• Experience in active sourcing and in targeting candidates in a manner appropriate to the target group through various recruiting channels
• A keen sense for suitable profiles and the ability to precisely refine requirement profiles together with specialist departments
• Strong communication skills, consulting competence, and a confident demeanor towards managers, specialist departments, and applicants
• Experience with recruiting tools, applicant management systems, and social media and career networks, especially LinkedIn
• Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong organizational talent
• Very good English skills are an advantage
