HR Recruiter (Volume hiring/ Bulk hiring)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter cum Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role involves supporting the recruitment lifecycle as well as performing coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations across hiring and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about talent acquisition, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment process. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records. Provide exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors to support business objectives. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
