Job description

Location: Bengaluru Experience: 2–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding). Understand job descriptions and work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and headhunting . Conduct preliminary screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
