Job description
Tempus Spa - A leading agency for personnel search and selection, selects a resource to be inserted into the internal team of the Gallarate branch. You will be accompanied by colleagues and you will be responsible for:
- Personnel selection
- Drafting and collecting Job Description and creating job postings to publish on various websites/portals
- Candidate search and selection (CV screening, database research, phone interviews, selection meetings)
- Head Hunting activities in support of HR Managers
- Proactive profiling for clients
- Personnel management
HARD Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Good digital skills
