Your ROLE

You will be inserted into the HR Team of Sopra Steria with particular focus on recruiting activities. You can acquire knowledge and skills regarding the entire selection process through on-the-job training and, in constant collaboration with a tutor, you will participate in the following activities:

• drafting job descriptions and job offers/stages
• screening of applications coming from the recruitment channels activated by the company
• active search for candidates through the main search engines related to personnel selection
• processing of post-interview reports
• participation in external and internal employer branding activities

The internship goal is to make you autonomous in your role, with increasing responsibilities supporting a tutor.
