For our Career Center in Cremona, we are selecting an HR RECRUITER - INTERNSHIP. Join our team and become our colleague! Responsibilities Thanks to continuous internal training, you will manage the following activities, always in support of the Recruiter group of the reference branch: - Publication of job advertisements and initial candidate screening - Identification of profiles most in line with open positions - Initial structured telephone interviews to monitor motivation levels and key skills - Multimailing to client companies for profile promotion and database updates on specific management software. Requirements You are the ideal candidate if you have good interpersonal skills, are strongly motivated to pursue a career in recruitment, and possess the following characteristics: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanities or economics - Precision, curiosity, and aptitude for goal-oriented work - Predisposition for teamwork. What we offer: - Enrollment with an internship contract with a reimbursement allowance of €500.00 and meal vouchers - Support, training, and constructive feedback throughout the program - Stimulating and dynamic work environment - Presumed start date: September 2026 - Estimated internship duration: 6 months.
