Your main focus will be recruitment — reviewing applications, sourcing strong candidates on LinkedIn, and running first-round interviews to identify the best fits. What You’ll Do Review resumes and applications for fit Proactively source and outreach to candidates on LinkedIn Conduct first-round interviews with candidates (both sourced and applicants) Assess personality, drive, and cultural fit — we’re strict with our expectations.
