HR Recruiter Senior

WinTime SpA WinTime S.p.A. Agency for Employment - Naples Branch is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter for its Naples office. MAIN ACTIVITIES: - Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, from job description definition to onboarding. - Identify, attract, and evaluate high-level talents, with a focus on executives, middle management, and specialized technical profiles (engineers, developers, project managers IT). - Administer and interpret personality tests and assessment tools (MBTI, Big Five, Hogan, DISC, OPQ, etc.) to measure transversal skills and growth potential. - Prepare selective tests for public entities, including written, oral, and psycho-attitudinal tests. - Use digital tools and advanced recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, internal databases). - Develop structured reports and professional presentations on candidates to support hiring decisions. - Provide strategic consulting to internal and external clients, defining the best methodologies for research and selection. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields. - At least 10 years of experience as a Head Hunter or Senior Recruiter, preferably in complex and multinational contexts. - In-depth knowledge and proven experience in using personality tests and psychometric instruments. - Ability to conduct structured interviews, behavioral interviews, and in-depth evaluations. - Excellent proficiency in digital recruiting tools and talent search channels. - Fluency in the English language. Having a certification for the professional use of personality tests and assessment centers is a plus.
