Would you like to join a young, dynamic, and growing environment that puts people first? NEXTJOB, Labor Agency, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to implement the team for the Rovigo branch (RO). Your Role and Responsibilities: As part of the team led by site managers and a collaborative team, you will be a key figure in the recruitment and selection process. Specifically, you will be responsible for: - Collecting and analyzing vacancies, writing job descriptions and effective job postings. - Publishing announcements on main recruitment channels. - Active search for candidates, screening CVs, scheduling and conducting structured interviews and selection interviews. What We're Looking For in You: You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following requirements: - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in humanities. - Previous experience gained at Labor Agencies as HR Recruiter, HR Generalist/Specialist or HR Operations. - Proven recruiting skills. Completing your profile are fundamental soft skills such as: - Collaborative spirit and natural predisposition to interpersonal relationships. - Excellent communication and listening skills. - Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. - Discretion. We offer: - A retributive package commensurate with your actual experience and potential, in line with the CCNL Commercio, including 14 months' salary and an incentive bonus. - Full-time contract from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with a one-hour break.
