For our Treviso branch, we're looking for a candidate to be inserted as an ADDETTO/A ALLA SELEZIONE DEL PERSONALE. Main duties The candidate will be inserted into the branch where they will be responsible for: - recruiting research primarily in personnel management: analysis of the position and screening of incoming applications, active search through main portals - pre-screening phone interviews with candidates - personnel selection, conducting individual interviews initially in collaboration and, as needed, independently - elaboration of the candidate's profile - management of incoming and outgoing calls - maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the selective process and feedback. Requirements The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree, has gained brief previous experience in the sector. Completing the profile are excellent organizational and precision skills, empathetic abilities, and excellent relational skills. A temporary employment contract is offered for the purpose of hiring. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9-13, 14-18.
