HR RECRUITER FASHION RETAIL SPECIALIST

CAPRI SRL, a leading company in the Fashion Retail sector with the brands ALCOTT and GUTTERIDGE, currently has 200 stores in Italy, 1,500 employees, and a turnover of approximately 300 million euros.

Position

To expand our HR team at our headquarters within the CIS of Nola (Na), we are looking for an HR RECRUITER RETAIL SPECIALIST.

The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

• Active and indirect personnel search and selection, from job posting publication to interviews and hiring.
• Travel to retail stores for active sourcing and headhunting.
• Direct responsibility for ensuring that stores meet personnel budget targets both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Management of the hiring process in collaboration with HR administration.

Requirements:

• Mandatory requirement: at least 3 years of previous experience in HR RETAIL, with fashion experience being preferential.
• Strong aptitude for recruiting, scouting, and interviews.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn.
• Use of AI as a support tool for recruiting.
• Strong empathy and knowledge of store dynamics.
