Who are we looking for? For the opening of our new Branch in Vicenza (VI), we are looking for an HR RECRUITER. What will you do? * **Research and Selection:** you will independently follow the entire selection process, both for temporary employment opportunities and for permanent opportunities. * **Management of the employment relationship:** you will be responsible for monitoring the correct development of the relationship between the company and the worker. * **Collaboration with Company Managers:** you will build solid and constructive relationships with company managers to understand and meet their needs. Essential Requirements: * **University Education:** preferably in the humanities or economics. * **Experience:** at least 1 year of experience in the role, preferably acquired in the sector of Employment Agencies. * **Communication Skills:** excellent communication skills and ability to create positive relationships with colleagues, candidates and companies. * **Flexibility and Organization:** high flexibility and organizational skills. * **Teamwork and Goals:** predisposition to teamwork and goal orientation. * **Computer Literacy:** good knowledge of the Office package, Internet Explorer and Outlook. * **Knowledge of Programs:** knowledge of the Arca, Whitenet and/or ATS management programs completes the profile.
