HR Project Manager

We are looking to strengthen our HR team at our Hannover location and are seeking a full-time HR Project Manager (m/w/d). In this role, you will be responsible for central HR projects and actively contribute to the further development of our HR structures, processes, and employer brand in an international environment.

Tasks

• Closely collaborate with the Head of HR as well as plan, control, and implement comprehensive HR projects (including Compliance, personnel and organizational development, personnel controlling, harmonization and internationalization of processes, policies, and tools).
• Accompany M&A projects from an HR perspective, particularly in terms of integrating new companies and teams as well as introducing uniform HR standards.
• Analyze existing HR workflows and proactively develop and implement efficient, future-oriented solutions.
• Serve as a central interface between HR (HR Advisor & Recruiting) and international stakeholders.
• Prioritize and moderate workshops, project meetings, and presentations.

Qualification

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences or relevant professional experience.
• Multiple years of experience in the (international) HR field, ideally with a focus on organizational development, process optimization, and change management.
• Experience in controlling HR projects using project management tools (ideally Wrike) as well as result-oriented stakeholder management.
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented work style.
• High motivation and passion for optimizing, harmonizing, and establishing processes and structures.
• High willingness to engage and reliability – even in conceptual projects and adjacent HR topics.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
