**HR Project Manager (m/w/d) Digitalization & Transformation
**in full-time

Tasks

• Sole responsibility for leading HR digitalization projects – from the idea to implementation, including topics such as recruiting workflows, digital personnel files, learning & development, and process automation
• Further development of our HR system landscape, including concept creation, decision-making templates, and tools
• Steering internal and external project participants
• Support in building our People-&-Culture-Organization
• Planning and implementation of workshops, including the establishment of modern learning formats

Qualification

• You bring 2–5 years of experience in the HR field with you
• You are familiar with HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle
• Passion for digital tools & automation
• Empathy, communication strength, and a structured work approach are among your strengths
• Knowledge and experience with HR systems, ideally Rexx Systems, are desirable
