HR Project Manager & HR Business Partner (Commercial) EMEAC @ Galderma

• Consultancy experience (from one of the leading strategy consulting firms) for a minimum of 2-3 years, followed by HR experience.
• Experience as an HR business partner highly desired
• Strong project management expertise is essential
• Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights to shape recommendations and decisions.
• Highly proficient in project planning, organization, and prioritization, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate composure under stress. Hands-on.
• Effective team player with a passion for making a positive difference.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• University degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• A global mindset and the ability to work and collaborate with different functions and cultures to deliver results.
• Experience in a multicultural environment, typically gained through regional roles or location in foreign countries.
• Great communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all management levels.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
