HR Project Leader: Transformation & Reorganisation
Job description
- You will lead HR-related transformation projects, such as company takeovers, reorganisations and integrations.
- You will analyze and evaluate existing HR structures, processes and systems within the framework of change initiatives.
- You will develop and improve business models and organisational functions. Furthermore, you will drive process optimisation and digitalization, as well as change and communication concepts forward.
- You will work closely with international HR teams and strategy teams.
- The steering and coordination with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, CoEs, executives and works councils is an important part of your task area.
- You will ensure the compliance with labor law, co-determination rights and internal company framework conditions.
- You will accompany and moderate discussions with relevant committees or works council processes (information and hearing obligations etc.), preparation and follow-up included.
- Documentation, reporting and measurement of transformation measures complete your diverse task area.
