HR Project Lead (m/f/d)

Responsibility as a project manager to successfully build towards an effective environment as part of the project. Communicate and track clear objectives and milestones for the workstream (project plan for this FY set). Provide regular status updates to project team / project lead. Coordinate four substreams Culture, Language, Administration & OutsideWork towards achievement of goals set in the sub streams and support stream leads in achieving these goals. Identify and allocate necessary resources, if needed. Managing student support in the stream effective environment. Support Org-Units in defining and establishing bottom-up measures. Steering of interdependencies to other workstreams. Steering of escalations in the workstream. Steering and communication to workers council. University degree with business administration or social science background. Working experience, ideally with experience in leading complex projects in an international context. Strong and proven project management skills. Very good language skills in German and English. Strong communication skills. Solution-oriented and independent work style; ability to work effectively in a team and resolve conflicts. Limited for 6 month.
