Our HR department is looking for an HR Practitioner to support us in our daily operations. As an HR Practitioner, you will be responsible for various tasks such as recruitment, personnel development, and employee relations. You will work closely with our management team and other departments to ensure that our employees are motivated and satisfied. Your main responsibilities will include: • Recruitment and selection of new employees; • Development and implementation of training programs for employees; • Employee relations and conflict resolution; • Support in the planning and organization of company events; • Coordination of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
