Global HR Policy and Governance Specialist (APAC/MEA) Join a leading global reinsurer at the forefront of HR transformation. This is a high-impact role within the Global HR Transformation & Governance team, driving the design and oversight of a new global HR policy and guidelines framework across regions. Working within a collaborative, international HR matrix, you will partner with HRBPs, functional HR teams, HR Tech, and business leaders to embed strong governance standards and enable consistent application of HR policies and practices across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy and values, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, as well as experience in policy development and implementation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
