HR Plant Specialist

We are selecting an HR Plant Specialist for a leading client company in the fashion and leather goods sector. The HR Plant Specialist will guide and manage the comprehensive planning of selection, training, and personnel development to support site growth. Specifically, they will: - Act as a strategic partner for managers, guiding and supporting decisions regarding personnel - Implement training activities and development programs to increase the skills of the company's population - Evaluate professional performances of all employees, intervening with in-process orientation and feedback - Identify staffing needs and activate recruitment processes through ad hoc talent attraction channels and strategies tailored to the required professional figure - Define the selection process, involving responsible parties and managers, guiding them in choosing the best candidate - Organize onboarding activities for new hires, structuring the evaluation and development process for each individual - Ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations, intervening in case of non-compliance through disciplinary reminders and other initiatives - Serve as a link between management and employees, interpreting requests, proposing solutions, and activating initiatives to implement services We are looking for candidates possessing the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in economic, legal, or humanities disciplines - At least 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in productive realities. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Good knowledge of English; French language skills are considered a preferred requirement Fundamental attitudinal requirements include: - Excellent leadership, listening, and mentoring skills - Ability to handle multiple requests from managers and employees, organizing them by priority - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent relational and empathetic skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in various situations, adapting the message based on the audience (interacting with colleagues at all hierarchical levels) - Conflict resolution skills #ALIPRIORH All job postings published by us are intended for both sexes, people of all ages, and nationalities (ex L. 903/77, D.Lgs. 215/03 and 216/03 s.m.i.).
