Our client is an internationally active, traditional family-owned company from the chemical industry with its headquarters in Lower Saxony. With around 1,200 employees worldwide, of which about 300 are at the main location in the Hanover/Hildesheim region, the company develops and produces chemical-technical special products for industrial applications. It stands for innovative strength, international orientation and a value-oriented corporate culture. To design, implement and support a modern, fair and motivating performance and compensation system, we are looking for you as an expert in Performance Management & Compensation (m/f/d).

Tasks

  • Design and introduction of a company-wide performance management system
  • Development of a variable compensation system for all hierarchical levels and into production
  • Introduction of a software-based goal agreement system
  • Definition of KPIs and standards for performance-related compensation
  • Implementation of compensation benchmarks and market analyses
  • Consulting and training of managers and employees
  • Active role as a sparring partner for the management, CFO and HR management
  • Ensuring compliance with labor and social security law
  • Change management and promotion of acceptance within the company
  • Accompanying future HR digitalization projects (electronic personnel file)

Qualification

  • Completed studies with a focus on HR, business administration or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management or organizational development
  • Experience in the introduction of compensation systems in the industrial environment
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining law and/or payroll accounting is an advantage
  • Change management and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and standing in dealing with managers
  • Very good German and good English skills
