We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our People Experience Team as a HR People Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee data, internal employee management, and personnel controlling.

Your New Dream Job

In this role, you will be a central point of contact for HR operations and responsible for managing various themes and projects.

• People Operations Support: Be the first point of contact for employees over our People Operations Inbox. Handle inquiries about contracts, leave, benefits, and HR processes independently - in German and English.
• On- & Offboarding: Design a structured and personalized onboarding process that gives new employees orientation and security, and accompany offboardings professionally and respectfully until the end.
• Ownership & Process Responsibility: Take ownership of HR operations themes and projects - from analysis to implementation to further development. Analyze existing processes, develop scalable solutions, and work independently on HR projects.
• Personnel Controlling & Reporting: Manage and develop existing HR reports further, build dashboards, and work closely with the People Team Lead to make HR data usable for informed decision-making.

Your Typical Day at Digistore24

• Structure is everything: Start by getting an overview of your tasks. You check incoming inquiries, review upcoming deadlines, and prioritize your to-dos so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Mitarbeiter im Fokus: Then handle employee inquiries from our inbox. Answer questions about leave, contracts, or benefits independently. Administrative tasks like creating certificates or setting up new employees in the system are also part of your job.
• Daten aktuell halten: In the HRIS, ensure that employee data is correctly maintained. Whether it's contract changes, onboarding, or offboarding, you keep track and ensure smooth processes.
• Now it's time for a virtueller Kaffee-Call: The next 15 minutes are reserved for a relaxed exchange with a team colleague over coffee.
• Gemeinsam besser werden: In team meetings, you bring in suggestions on how processes can be optimized - for example, in our new salary system or reporting workflows. You discuss, set impulses, and actively shape improvements.
• You take a conscious break during the day for your Mittagspause, eat something, and take a short walk. Thanks to remote work, you can design your breaks flexibly.
• Zahlen im Blick: With a clear head, focus on HR controlling themes. Build a dashboard, evaluate key figures like turnover or time-to-hire, and deliver the foundation for informed management decisions.
