HR Payroll Specialist / Sachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung und HR-Administration (m/w/d)

in part-time (at least 20 hours per week) at the location Cologne.

Aufgaben

• Self-operating execution of monthly payroll accounting, including maintenance of relevant data
• Preliminary preparation of payroll data (basic data, absences, allowances, bonuses, benefits)
• Processing and creation of certificates, proofs, notifications, and other documents
• Support in maintaining and caring for the time-tracking system (ATOSS)
• General administrative support
• Participation in HR projects
• Closely coordinated with the Senior HR-Business Partner at the Cologne location as well as collaboration with the HR team in Baden-Württemberg

Qualifikation

You pack your bag and bring along:

• Multiple years of professional experience in payroll accounting and relevant topics (social security and tax law)
• Experience in HR administration/personnel management
• Familiarity with MS-Office, as well as good knowledge of HR systems (ideally SAGE, ATOSS, and/or Personio)
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable working style
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
