HR Payroll Specialist

The role requires a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for the organization, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant salary processing across employee groups. The incumbent will be responsible for payroll execution, statutory compliance, reporting, reconciliations, audits, and employee query resolution while working extensively on SAP HCM Payroll (experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll will be an advantage). This includes but is not limited to: managing payroll cycles, processing salary changes, handling employee terminations, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and bonuses. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing regular reconciliations, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and management. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
