HR Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Taking over the complete and self-responsible payroll accounting with DATEV while adhering to all tax, social security, and labor law regulations
• Advising and supporting employees in all matters of remuneration accounting as well as implementing local, salary-relevant regulations in DATEV
• Maintaining and updating relevant data for payroll purposes, including notification and certification procedures, occupational pension provision, vehicle taxation, and seizures
• Communication and cooperation with authorities, health insurance companies, and external partners, as well as support during business and wage tax audits
• Creating evaluations and statistics and participating in general personnel administration and continuous development of the payroll department

Our requirements for you:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a tax clerk (m/w/d) qualification, as well as further education to become a payroll accountant or personnel manager (m/w/d)
• Relevant work experience in performing payroll accounting, preferably in an auditing firm
• Good knowledge of tax and social security law
• Very good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Self-motivated, structured, and meticulous working style, as well as quick comprehension ability
• A high level of self-initiative, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality round out your profile
