HR Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• You prepare the monthly salary calculation, conduct it, and accompany the follow-up processing using a common accounting software.
• You maintain personnel records and digital personnel files in HR and time management systems.
• You create employment contracts, certificates, and transcripts and ensure correct documentation.
• You serve as the first point of contact for employees at the location in all personal and accounting-related matters.
• You support business and social security audits and accompany them professionally.
• You work closely with the finance department and prepare personnel data for provisions and reporting purposes.
• You analyze HR key figures and support the development of internal HR processes.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on personnel, salary calculation, or taxation.
• You bring professional experience in personnel management, salary calculation, or as a tax consultant.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of labor and social security law.
• You work safely with accounting software, preferably DATEV LODAS, and are proficient in MS Excel.
• You are characterized by a structured, conscientious, and solution-oriented working style.
• You possess a strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.
• You bring negotiation-safe German language skills (at least C1 level).
