HR Payroll Specialist (mIwId)

Tasks

• Administration of working time and leave accounts in a time-tracking system
• Drafting employment contract documents, certificates, and maintaining personnel files
• Counseling employees and management on accounting and labor law topics
• Communication with health insurance companies/government agencies and conducting notification and certification procedures
• Data preparation for accounting as well as reviewing and implementing statutory changes in accordance with ability

Qualification

• Vocational training and several years of experience in payroll processing/personnel administration
• Good knowledge of labor, wage tax, and social security law
• Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/payroll systems
• High service orientation, self-initiative, and independent working style
• Teamwork ability, reliability, stress tolerance, and strong stakeholder management
• Interest in digital HR transformation and advanced problem-solving skills
