Aufgaben

• Self-contained performance of salary calculations under consideration of corporate, tax, and social security regulations for employees of pbb, including part-time workers, interns, students, and recipients of benefits
• You assess relevant remuneration matters independently under consideration of labor, tax, and social security regulations – even in cross-border employee assignments
• Maintenance and control of personnel master data and movement data in SAP ERP 6.0 HR
  Contact person for employees and executives regarding questions about salary calculations, tax and social security law, and working time and leave accounts
• Preparation of necessary certificates and contact person for health insurance companies and authorities
• Responsibility for the creation and management of employment contracts, certificates, and certificates
• Proactive participation in projects to optimize HR processes

Qualifikation

• A completed training as a tax clerk, accounting assistant:in, personnel manager:woman, certified payroll accountant:in, tax consultant:in or similar commercial training
• In-depth knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law
• You bring long-standing experience in the creation and review of salary and wage calculations, preferably with Personio
• You convince us with a structured and proactive working style and service orientation as well as trustworthiness in handling sensitive personnel and payroll data
