HR Payroll Officer

You manage and maintain employee files, including contracts, personal data, salary information, disciplinary measures, evaluations and mandatory social-judicial documents. You are the point of contact for all matters related to personnel administration, payroll and benefits. You will also be involved in the implementation of new HR systems and processes. Your tasks include: • Processing monthly payrolls; • Maintaining employee files; • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations; • Providing support to employees on personnel-related matters; • Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures; • Participating in the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
