At Al Centro S.p.A. Agency for Work, Mantova branch, we are selecting HR for an important client company operating in the food industry. The resource will be responsible for managing all HR activities, from personnel selection to supporting area managers, training and operational management of personnel. It will also manage documentary activities related to internal tenders. Requirements: - Preferable degree in human resources or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role - Knowledge of main HR software Benefit company: - Monthly training and development programs - Production award - Meal vouchers Contract: full-time 40h, contract type to be defined based on the experience gained.
